My handlers settled on Bogey as Heathcliffe. And why not?! The body is from an engraving of Lord Byron – and why not?! The only cover where the original photo actually had the cigarette present. I should have maybe used a younger Bogart photo to work from, bearing in mind it’s a fairly youthful Bogey in Casablanca.
